Dear Friends,
Sometimes taking a break from our usual routine during the summer allows us to contemplate taking our lives into new directions when our routines start up again in the Fall. This summer, Circle Yoga is planning lots of creative class ideas for you to try out alone or with your family.
We have just this week finalized our fall schedule of mindful yoga classes and workshops for adults, families, kids and teens. We will offer twice as many classes and workshops this fall than we have in the past, with workshops and classes to suit everyone’s age, fitness level and outlook. We have a slew of new workshops on everything from belly dancing to African Dance, to exploring your own personal story. We hope you will find a way ease back into your routine in September, and balance it with some mindful yoga that enables you to focus on your deepest commitments towards family and well-being.
Fall classes at Circle Yoga start on September 12, and run through December 17. I am including a link to our full schedule below, to enable you to start planning ahead. In the meantime, we are continuing to offer our lighter schedule of summer classes for adults, along with our Budding Yogis Mindful Learning Camps for children ages 5-12, during the weeks of August 1-5, 8-12 and 15-19.
For more information about all of our classes and workshops, including our Budding Yogis’ mindful yoga program for kids and teens, and our upcoming Therapeutic Yoga program for children with special needs, please visit our website on www.circleyoga.com, or call the studio on 202 686 1104.

What's Your Story
Saturday, October 15, 2–4 pm, $30
As individuals and organizations marketing our services, we each have a unique and inspiring story to tell. Our story is not only about what we do. It is about who we are, how we work, and what inspires us on a day-to-day basis. A strong story conveys a deeper message that can evoke powerful responses. Based on the work of Carl Jung, this hands-on workshop will help you tap into your inner story, for yourself and/or your business, so you can use it as a guide for all of your communications.
